A good start at Danish Open

The first day of the Danish Open was a tough one for all the crews who were pushed to the absolute limit as they battled strong winds with fierce gusts of up to 33 knots. Team Azzurra had a good start, with three victories – against Björn Hansen (SWE), Torvar Mirsky (AUS) and the only female skipper racing here, Suzanne Ward from Denmark – and two losses, from triple gold medallist Ben Ainslie (GBR) and match race veteran Bertrand Pacé (FRA).
